An opportunity is available for a part-time Special Education Teacher serving as an SAI/Case Manager in Redlands, CA. This role supports K-12 students within a contracted school year position, providing specialized instruction and case management to a caseload of 22 students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction and support to students with special needs both in-person and virtually.
- Provide in-person services on Mondays and service students virtually for the remainder of the week.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with individual student goals.
- Complete required documentation, including SEIS (Special Education Information System) reports.
- Attend and actively participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to collaborate with staff and families.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working as a Special Education Teacher in K-12 settings.
- Familiarity with IEP processes, SEIS documentation, and lesson planning for diverse learners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
